JESS KILTS - Athletic Director

Background + Specialities: EMT (emergency medical technician) for 15 years before turning to personal and group training 10 years ago. Eight-time gold medalist Elite powerlifter and coach, SFG L2 kettlebell instructor so barbells, kettlebells, and conditioning are my specialties.

Certified Massage Therapist with specialties in Sports, deep tissue, Thai and Swedish modalities.

I like to work with people who… Apprieciate what it takes to get their body AND mind into shape, but who like to learn the why and how they are doing it. I provide people with the tools to truly know their own strength and be able to speak to it when they are not with me.

Background + Specialities: Former pro soccer player + strength & conditioning coach at Tudela Football Club. Strength, mechanics, speed, agility, endurance, speed + weightlifting.

I like to work with people who…want to learn + want to work from ages 6 to 76. I believe all humans are meant to move, and there’s always room for improvement. Whether you want to get “bigger, stronger, faster”, learn a new skill, or just get your fitness journey started. I have spent my career trying to bring BIPOC clients in to the fitness space. CYNTHIA VELASQUEZ

Background + Specialities: Prenatal and Postpartum, Functional Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Olympic, Weightlifting, and Nutrition Coaching

I like to work with people who… are eager to make lasting improvements in their overall health and are ready to commit themselves to the process. I especially love working with women, helping them feel strong and confident in their bodies. As a certified birth doula, I also love supporting pregnant bodies and specialize in creating balance in the body for a more efficient birth.

Outside the gym you can find me… Finding all the fun things to do with my two-year-old daughter. I love being outdoors and staying active. I host a monthly new moon breathwork and sound bath event (if that’s your jam… hit me up!) and am also a birth Doula, I teach childbirth education and support families during pregnancy and beyond.

I like to work with people who… are new to strength training, recovering from or dealing with a musculoskeletal injury, and those interested in the physical, physiological, and psychological benefits of exercise. Happy to offer nutritional guidance for muscle gain and fat loss.

I like to work with people who…are new to training or are returning to the gym. I believe fitness is for everyone and I am energized by finding ways for people to connect with their inner athlete in an inclusive atmosphere.
