Depending on what you’re looking for, we have a few different ways you can experience Pharos for the first time.
THE INTRO SESSION
The Intro Session will give you a good taste of what you can expect when training with the PAC. More than just a workout, this intro includes everything you need to set yourself up to start crushing your goals:
Develop an Action Plan Schedule that fits your needs
Mobility screen to highlight strengths, limitations + imbalances
Workout catered to your interests, ability + goals
Optional Body Composition scan to assess body fat, muscle mass + basal metabolic rate
Scan is best done on an empty stomach, but is still great baseline feedback even if you have eaten.

Private 1on1 Session | $45
Flexible Booking Windows you can either book yourself or after purchase a Pharos Manager will reach out to you after your submission to find another time throughout the week based on your availability.
