- We put all our ‘Programming with Purpose’ in an app that allows you to log your workouts, weights + scores, chat with coaches + track results over time.
- Download the TrainHeroic app + Create an account.

IN BODY SCANS - We offer unlimited monthly body scans to help you track your inevitable progress over time. See muscle mass, fat mass, weight, BMR, and weight distribution. See the front desk to take your body scan. For best results, body scans should be performed on an empty stomach (or 3 hrs fasted) and before working out. Want to chat with a coach about results and get a Game Plan Session? Your first one is free! Schedule a 15-30 minute game plan session with a coach to talk next steps on what classes to take and how often you should be taking them. ($30 for subsequent meetings)
