When it comes to measuring Limitless, we will check in with your Habits, Values + Composition to gauge progress over time. The InBody Scan is one (of many) ways we track progress over time and will allow us to see your Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you burn daily just surviving — no extra activity) as well as your muscle mass and body fat (in lb + %).
If you do not have access to a Scan to measure SMM, body fat % and BMR, no worries, just leave those sections blank and we will use the other metrics we have.
