This is a 21day transformation program designed for people at any level looking to build stronger habits with mobility, meditation + stress management to improve their health.
Choose either the 21 Day Mobility Track, the Meditation Track, or if you want full immersion, you can bundle both for maximal self care!
We ask that for 21 days you carve out 15-25 minutes in order to connect with yourself. Mobility, Meditation, Journaling + all the little things you can do to add positivity and self care to your life.

The success to this program is built around the concept that the best way to increase range of motion is to increase the strength in every range of the movement and to explore capacity in each position through smart sequencing. By maintaining tension through positioning our bodies in every range, we develop the proprioception to apply this strength to all our patterns. How else will mobility help your life?

EMYLEE COVELL “I was never an athlete. I never had coordination or speed. I was a fat kid with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Hip Displasia who won eating contests and got a Dr’s note to get out of P.E. However, in 2009, my weak joints and 5 foot flat frame couldn’t support my 150lb load, and I woke up everyday racked with pain and inflammation. I only sought out wellness to avoid sickness - out of necessity instead of aesthetics. In 6 months, I lost 30lbs and 80% of the pain through physical therapy, strength training, yoga and manual therapy. Through experimentation, education, & taking control of my healing, I was able to reverse debilitation and have an active lifestyle that keeps me energetic and pain-free. I have dedicated my life to helping people defy limitations, train to avoid pain, and make their fitness dreams become a healthy reality. I surround myself around health everyday, tirelessly adding research to my toolbox so I can continue to be a helpful resource for those who need help finding their walk to wellness." Emylee Covell is certified through ACE, NASM, CrossFit L1, Yoga Alliance, and Tom Meyers Kinesis Myofascial Integration. She has used her unique skillset to develop REPAIR℠, a movement therapy program designed to correct poor movement patterns, prevent injury and enhance athletic performance.
ANDRE HALL is passionate about spreading the magic that is meditation because he is also used to working tirelessly toward greatness, whether it's in the gym, studying pre med biology in college, or pursuing his career as an actor. He attributes the necessary focus, clarity and drive to fuel his life's passion + work through his daily practice of meditation. Initially being introduced through the Agape International Spiritual Center over 10 years ago, Andre went down a path of self-discovery + learning to take control of his mind, body and thoughts. Over time he's built a practice of self mastery and limitless potential and he is so excited to share it with you!
