OLYMPIC LIFTING WITH COACH ROBIN

OBJECTIVE To build a strong foundation of technique, power, strength and skill in weightlifting. Hone your technique on the Clean + Jerk / Snatch. Break bad habits associated with Oly Lifts.

TRACKING PROGRESS Generally we “track” through weight lifted and numbers on the bar, but because we may not have the necessary weights to PR with, we want to really use this time to hone in on technique and breaking down bad habits associated with just “muscling the weight.
