The PAC Skills Gymnastics Challenge is a 6-week program to develop strength, mobility and body confidence no matter your current level. So whether you are a curious beginner wanting the basics or you are looking to get to the next level with core work, pull ups, handstands, muscle ups + tumbling, we make it easy to guarantee results.
HERE’S THE PLAN
1. PICK A TRACK
Gymnastics Level 1 - Tuesdays 7:30pm with Coach Robin
Gymnastics Level 2 - Wednesdays 7:30pm with Coach Francie
*BONUS Class for all Challengers - Saturdays 1pm with Coach Vinny
2. MEET WITH A COACH ONE-ON-ONE
In addition to two classes per week, you’ll get 3x30minute personal training sessions to hone in on your skills.
3. PRACTICE + SEE RESULTS IN 6 WEEKS
You’ll also get lifetime access to our 6 week core + gymnastics program with short drills to continue to see results long after the challenge.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL
LEVEL 1 - All levels welcome, but geared toward beginners looking to develop confidence and fundamental strength to:
Get your first pull up, toes to bar, handstand and/or ring dip
And maybe even string together a few reps of each ;)
Develop body awareness and fluidity through kipping foundations + floor gymnastics
LEVEL 2 - If you have a prerequisite amount of core strength + gymnastics fundamentals, and are looking to get to the next level to:
Movements such as the ring/bar muscle up, handstand push up, handstand walk & more
Develop endurance to string together multiple reps of pull ups, ring dips + other gymnastic moves
Master your flow with more strict + kipping complexes
