EMYLEE VODDEN
Role: Owner + CEO
Responsible For: Vision, Direction + Communication with all Department Heads and team members to uphold the mission and organizational structure, strategy, and future of Pharos.
Primarily works… “on” the business — analyzing systems, collaborating with management + problem-solving so we can always level up.
Outside the gym you’ll find me… in the mountains exploring the wild with our toddler, singing harmonies to Baby Shark and Let It Go.
PIETER VODDEN
Role: Owner + President
Responsible For: Head of Programming, Overseeing the company strategy + operations
Primarily Works “in the business” … developing and overseeing all Pharos programming + transformation
Outside the gym you can find me… on my motorcycle , hiking in the mountains , with my son and wife , watching Westerns , shooting arrows and playing guitar
DR KATHERINE HAKER, MD
Role: Owner + Site Developer
Background + Specialities: Procedural Radiologist in practice over 20 years experience. Special talents include every DIY project you could ever think of and ability to see potential and create something from nothing. Every floor,table window, every inch of Pharos was made with love by Kate’s vision.
