In order to find the program that best suits you, we want to know about where you are, where you want to be, and what you are looking for. We offer multiple programs, a variety of memberships and a number of speciality practices that we recommend coming in + talking to a coach about what kind of training program you need based off your needs, budget and lifestyle.
Our job is to listen, understand and find the right path for you…We offer two ways to experience Pharos: The Intro Session, ideal for beginners and people looking for some guidance in starting a new training program, or The Free Class, ideal if you want to jump right into the community and program and see if it’s a good fit for you!

- Our FREE 1-on-1 Intro session with a coach will give you a good taste of what you can expect at PHAROS. More than just a “free workout” this intro includes everything you need to start strong in your training program:
- Body Composition scan to assess body fat + lean muscle mass
- Mobility screen to highlight strengths, limitations + imbalances
- Workout catered to your interests and goals
- Game Plan to set you up for success!
