Chiropractic Care
Our in-house chiropractor, Dr. Derrick Tang, has been healing people for 20 years. He specializes in using myofascial release and fascial stretch protocols in order to prepare the body for chiropractic adjustments. This isn’t a quick in-n-out treatment with snap, crackle, popping. Dr Tang thoroughly examines your body and works on soft tissue and movement patterns in order to achieve long-lasting healing.

3D Mobility Screenings
In order for us to create highly personalized preventative care, we rely on movement assessments in order to see where imbalances and impingements may be.
Stop injury before it starts by scheduling a 30 Minute Mobility Screen. This screen will assess your bodies functional movements in order to highlight imbalances and weaknesses along the kinetic chain as well as discuss protocols to improve range of motion and performance.

A performance-driven warm up class that focuses on dynamic mobility drills and accessory stability work in order to prime the body for exercise. PREPARE are for those of you who crave more individualized warm up protocols for injury prevention and performance enhancement. PREPARE will help you:

  • assess & address weaknesses and limitations

  • correct postural imbalances

  • increase stability, power and strength


PREPARE and REPAIR were created specifically for athletes looking for the unfair advantage that mobility provides–quicker recovery, better movement patterns and limitless potential.

Combine what you love to hate about high intensity interval training with the lengthening benefits of yoga and you have XFlow, a class that will both rev your engines AND cool your jets. Where cross-training and yoga collide to create this 60 minute class that will leave you drenched in sweat and deeply stretched. This is a class for those who like to multi-task. You get your interval training along with your flowy, meditative yoga.

A classic, vinyasa-style class with attention to alignment and devotion to flow. You can expect thoughtful sequences wrought with salutations, inversions, backbends, standing and seated postures for beginners and advanced alike.
