2. PREPARE WHILE YOU WAIT

Depending on when you sign up, we will assign you with a coach before January 15th. In the meantime, if you want to prepare a little bit…

  • DIGITAL COURSE - At your convenience over the next week, dive into the Nutrition Masterclass Webinar — a video series led by Pieter + Emylee that breaks down our philosophy on nutrition, how to begin thinking about building a plan, and what you can expect over the challenge. Your coach will help you build your program over 6 weeks, but the more you can educate yourself on the principles, the more successful your challenge will be.

  • JOURNAL - Pick up locally or get it mailed to you by adding your address below.

  • FOOD LOG - In order to give you better customized guidance, we usually recommend seeing 2-5 days of a food log (written down OR in an app like Macrostax). Once we pair with coach, look out for an email from Macrostax inviting you to join the Pharos team. Create an account and start scoping out the app and how to easily log your food.

    • Please note: the app will create macros for you, but disregard them until your coach has had a chance to customize them for you.

    • Also note: If you prefer not to track food, let your coach know — there’s plenty other ways we can build awareness and map out your plan.

3. ONCE YOU GET CONNECTED, BOOK GAME PLAN SESSION

  • You’ll meet with your coach weekly via zoom calls. Use the form below to list preferred availability.

    • If you are local to Echo Park / Idyllwild, you may also book an InBody composition scan.

4. START SLOW + BUILD EVERY WEEK

  • The first week is designed as Orientation Week, a time for preparation and slow onramp to fitting the puzzle pieces of nutrition, fitness, health + happiness into your busy schedule. We have a lot to explore, but commit to starting slow. Steady wins the race…
